Sea Salt
Flavor Profile: Salty
Sea salt naturally contains minute amounts of trace minerals, and unlike other salts, is a natural source of sodium. Our sea salt is super flaky and crunchy, so you'll be adding not only saltiness, but texture to your food too!
Nutritional Yeast
Flavor Profile: Umami
Nutritional yeast is an excellent source of both Vitamin B12 and thiamin, which helps convert food into fuel so you feel energized. It's also a good source of fiber and protein, making it ideal for a post-workout meal.
Dulse Seaweed
Flavor Profile: Umami
Seaweed is a good source of valuable minerals, including iodine, iron and potassium. The body needs iodine to produce thyroid hormones, but does not in itself make iodine, so it is an essential part of any diet.
Turmeric
Flavor Profile: Earthy
For centuries, turmeric has been trusted in Ayurvedic medicine for its antiviral, antibacterial and antiparasitic, properties. We just love it for the earthy flavor and sunny color that it adds to our cooking.
Black Pepper
Flavor Profile: Spicy
Not only does pepper add flavor, it actually activates the body's absorption of the curcumin in turmeric. Studies have shown that curcumin promotes anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral and antiparasitic activity.
Activated Charcoal
Flavor Profile: Smoky
Activated charcoal has long been a secret weapon for detoxification. Added to food, it imparts an earthy, smoky taste. Our 100% pure Zen activated charcoal is certified food grade, and sourced only from Eastern American hardwood trees, never bamboo.
Cayenne
Flavor Profile: Spicy
It's got bite! But that's not all. Cayenne contains capsaicin, an active plant compound that has pain-relieving properties. Cayenne is also known for its Vitamin C, Vitamin E, beta carotene, choline, lutein, zeaxanthin, and cryptoxanin (a source of vitamin A) content.

Cinnamon is one of the most delicious and healthiest spices on the planet. For centuries, it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine to lower blood sugar levels and reduce heart disease risk factors.

Coffee

Our coffee is made from a Colombia-Peru blend by our friends Gotham Coffee Roasters in New York. Coffee adds earthiness and a natural hint of sweetness, plus contains good-for-you Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, manganese, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B3.

Ginger originated in China, where, to this day, it's still used in approximately half of all herbal prescriptions. It's relied upon worldwide as a digestive aid, and in alternative medicine, it has even been used to help fight the flu and the common cold.
Lemon Powder

With its fragrant, zesty flavor, lemons are perfectly adaptable to sweet or savory applications. Our lemon powder is made by freeze-drying, a process that retains key nutrients, such as Vitamin C, as well as the texture, natural color and authentic, tart flavor of fresh lemons.
Mushroom Powder
Flavor Profile: Earthy
For over 2,000 years, Red Reishi has been revered as the Mushroom of Immortality in Eastern medicine for its ability to detox, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep, reduce stress, and decrease anxiety. The Reishi we use is grown on hardwood logs and is water-extracted to a 4:1 concentration, with a minimum of 30% polysaccharide content.
Smoked Paprika
Flavor Profile: Smoky, Spicy
Paprika is loved for its seductive, smoky notes, but it also offers a variety of beneficial compounds, including Vitamin A, capsaicin, and carotenoid antioxidants.
